I. INTRODUCTION. REGIONAL PATTERNS (CALIFORNIA)

Sirozh Tursunov (“we,” “us” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains our data protection policy and describes the types of information we may process when you install and/or use “Explode AI” software application for mobile devices (the “App”, “our App”).

When we refer to personal data (or personal information) we mean any information of any kind relating to a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to such data.

It is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social status.

Our Privacy Policy applies to all users and others who access the App (“Users”).

For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller, unless otherwise stated.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY FOR INFORMATION REGARDING THE WAYS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE PROCESSED CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU USE THE APP YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Be sure to review this Privacy Policy thoroughly. Please be aware of these key-points, to the extent any Explode AI application you may download, and/or use allows the editing of your photographs or videos:

· We use third-party cloud provider – DigitalOcean – to process photographs and generate videos.

· Videos are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the editing process and encrypted using a key stored locally on your mobile device.

· Photographs and videos remain in the cloud for a limited period of 24 hours after you have last generated the video, so that you can return to the video and download if you so choose. Thereafter, photographs, face data, and video are deleted and not retained.

· We do not use the photographs or videos you provide when you use the App for any reason other than to provide you with the video generation functionality of the App.
